Any breach of these terms automatically terminates the test license, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of NSI2 Consulting SAS. The software is provided as is, without warranty of availability, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NSI2 Consulting SAS shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, operating losses, data loss, business interruption or consequences of decisions made from the demo software. The demo software itself does not collect personal data. Information about open-source components and third-party licenses is available on request by email at contact@yggdra.cc. Except where strictly permitted by mandatory applicable law, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, extraction, reuse or exploitation of any part of the software are prohibited. Any use outside the intended test or evaluation of the complete YGGDRA service is not authorized. This license is governed by French law, and any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Grenoble, France. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@yggdra.cc.
